Personal Computers
Calvin Theological Seminary does not permit the use of personal computers in writing examinations, tests, or quizzes, except for "take-home exams."
Grounds:
- To allow those who have this technology the use of it creates inequity for those who do not have it.
- The temptation to access information that is stored will be eliminated by this policy.
- Although a number of other seminaries that were contacted do not have a policy on this matter, most that do have a policy do not permit use of personal computers in examinations, tests, and quizzes.
