Payment of Financial Obligations
Tuition is payable on the first day of class. Students are encouraged to make payment on that date or as soon as possible after that date. Full payment is due by October 15 for the fall quarter, January 15 for the winter quarter, and April 15 for the spring quarter. Payment after these dates is subject to the late payment fee of $5.00 per month. Degrees will not be awarded, participation in commencement ceremony will not be possible, candidacy recommendations will not be made, nor will a transcript be provided until all financial obligations have been met. Arrangements for deferred payment, if necessary, may be made through the Financial Services office and require its approval. In the event that a student's check is returned by the bank because of insufficient funds on deposit in the student's account, the seminary will impose a fee of $25.00.
