Free Wireless Internet in Student Apartments
CTS is pleased to announce that free wireless broadband internet will be available in all seminary-owned apartments by the time the fall quarter begins. Information for students about how to connect with the internet will be forthcoming. This announcement is being made to help students with their planning, and because we are excited about this wonderful new service for our students!
In describing the decision to install free wireless broadband internet in all seminary apartments, Vice-president for Administration Duane Kelderman said, "We are excited about this not only because we think it will enhance students' freedom of communication, but also because it will help students in their learning. More and more students have laptops now, and since ANGEL and Libronix are integral parts of the seminary curriculum, we believe that having wireless internet in the apartments will promote both communication and learning in our community. We are also pleased to announce that while we had anticipated having the cost of this service reflected in a specific rate surcharge in apartment rent, we decided not to do that. We hope students will be pleased with this great benefit to their education."
