The Summer 2008 course schedule is now available. Please pay close attention to the times that each course meets. Some courses will meet off site.

Online registration for the Summer sessions will open on Monday, April 21, at 7:00 a.m. Registration for the summer sessions will close on Tuesday, May 13, at 11:59 p.m. If you fail to register by the May 13 deadline, you will incur a $50 late registration fee.

Once you have registered, you may change, add or drop courses online for either summer session until Tuesday, May 20 at 3:59 p.m. After that time all changes must be processed in person by coming to the Registrar's office. Please refer to the summer refund schedule for further information.

If you intend to do an independent study or major paper this summer, you will need to download the proper form from the Registrar's Office page on the web site. Those forms will need to be submitted to the Registrar's office, with proper signatures, by Tuesday, May 13 at 5:00 p.m.

If you need technical assistance in accessing the schedule, contact Seminary IT. If you have questions regarding course eligibility or other non-technical matters, please contact The Registrar's Office.

General Information

For those students in their first year of studies, you will note that it is suggested that you take a course this summer. This will allow a little more room in your schedule during the regular academic year.

If you are going to be doing a cross-cultural or congregation based internship this summer, we will be getting that information from the Ministry Formation Office. We will register that for you sometime during the registration period of April 21-May 5. If you notice a discrepancy in your internship registration, please contact the Ministry Formation office no later than May 13, 2008. You will not be able to make changes to your internships online.

Academic Advising

Ph.D. students should consult with Dr. Feenstra, Director of Doctoral Studies.
Th.M. students should communicate with their faculty advisors to discuss course selections, independent studies, and major research papers.
MDiv, MTS, and MA students should communicate with Joan Beelen, Registrar and Academic Program Adviser. To serve you best, appointments are preferred. Stop by her office or send an e-mail to set up an appointment.
