International Student Subsidy Fund

Theological Seminary makes awards available to international students who are endorsed by their home church. Ordinarily, the church must be in the Reformed tradition. A student must be fully admitted to a degree program before being considered for International Student Subsidy Funds.

Sponsorship means:

  • An official decision has been made by the home church that guarantees the student a strategic position.
  • The student pledges to return home to assume this position upon graduation.
  • The church makes a clear case for how this position is vital to the church's overall development.
  • The church and student demonstrate that the necessary training is not available in their homeland.

In order to apply, students must complete both the Application for Scholarship and Financial Aid and the ISSF Application (pdf). We must also receive a completed Church Pledge form (pdf).

Application Deadline is March 1.
