Office of Development

The role of Calvin Theological Seminary's Development Department is to create and sustain partnerships through financial support, gifts-in-kind, prayer, and referrals. Under the direction of President Neal Plantinga, the Development Office undertakes important responsibilities to help secure resources needed to carry out the mission and ministry of the seminary. Giving opportunities include:

Annual Fund (general operating expenses)
Further Support Opportunities:
Capital fund for endowment and various designated projects
Named scholarships and awards to assist students
Planned giving and estate planning -- independently and in partnership with The Barnabas Foundation in the United States and Christian Stewardship Services in Canada
Donor and constituent relations in general and in particular the annual Spring Banquet, annual Scholarship Dinner, periodic President's Breakfasts and Dinners, and publications such as The Calvin Theological Seminary Forum
