Formation For Ministry: important structures and relationships

Important Structures and Relationships

The outer circle lists important structures and relationships in this formation project:

  • Students take a full complement of courses in the seminary curriculum
  • Students are connected to a mentor (usually a local pastor) throughout their seminary studies
  • Students are involved in the life of a particular local church and receive specific ministry experience in those churches and in summer internships in a variety of ministry settings
