SEVIS Fee for International Students
All new students applying for an F or J visa must pay a $100 USA SEVIS fee before they go to the embassy or consulate to apply for their visa. They must have a receipt that they have paid this $100 with them when they have their visa appointment. They will need to go to the Department of Homeland Security website, and complete the I-901 form there. Calvin Seminary's school code is DET214F00289000 and the SEVIS number is located in the top right hand corner of the I-20 or DS-2019.
