Degree Program Applications (show | hide)
Calvin Theological Seminary has a rolling admissions policy which means that we will process applications when all the materials arrive. We do not have a specific deadline for admission into any of our master's degree programs. However, a student must be admitted to qualify for scholarships, so there is an admission deadline for those who intend to apply for scholarships. We will, however, process admission applications at any time during the year.

Housing Application (show | hide)
- Housing Application.
The housing application deadline is April 1
Applications can be obtained from the housing office in the seminary. Due to limited on-campus housing, housing applications of those who have been admitted will be considered after the housing application deadline.
Scholarship Applications (show | hide)
Ph.D. - scholarship application deadline is February 10
Masters degrees - scholarship application deadline is March 1
May 15 - Financial Aid applications are due for those who did not apply for scholarships.
U.S. citizens need to submit the FAFSA to the U.S. Federal Government and the "U.S. Student Institutional Form" to Calvin Theological Seminary's Financial Aid Office.
Canadian and International Students should submit the "Canadian and International Student Form" to Calvin Theological Seminary's Financial Aid Office.
Scholarship decisions are announced in early April. Financial Aid decisions are announced in mid-June.
