  1. What academic programs are offered?

  2. What is the student to faculty ratio?

    With 23 full-time faculty, and 277 students, our student to faculty ratio is 12:1. This allows our faculty members to get to know students quite well, teach them effectively in a classroom setting, and also build relationships on a more personal level.

  3. What is a typical class size?

    Most courses that you will take will have between 20 and 30 students. However, depending on your programs and when you choose to take a particular course, it is possible to have as few as 8 or 10 students in a classroom.

  4. How is the academic calendar structured?

    Calvin Seminary has two semesters in the fall and spring. Additionally, there are shorter terms for study in January and May. Depending on your program, there are often required courses during the January and May terms, but occasionally students will have the option to take an elective course or choose not to take a course during those time periods.
